Mastering Your Sabak: A Guide to the Student Dashboard

Student Guide

Welcome to your Hifz Focus dashboard! This is your personal space for reviewing lessons, tracking progress, and staying focused. Here’s how to make the most of it.

The Mushaf Viewer

The large Mushaf viewer at the top is where you'll see your lessons. By default, it's empty. To load a lesson, simply click on an item from one of the queues in the "My Lessons" card below.

The "My Lessons" Card

This is your command center for daily practice. It's organized into three simple tabs:

1. Today's Sabak: This is the new lesson your teacher has assigned to you. When you select it, you will see any errors your teacher marked in your previous attempt, helping you focus on what to fix.

2. Practice Queue: This list contains lessons your teacher marked as "Needs More Practice." These are your highest priority for review. The list is sorted automatically to show you the lessons that need attention most urgently—first by date, then by the number of mistakes.

3. Dour: This is your long-term revision schedule, powered by a Spaced Repetition System. These are lessons you have already memorized. The app will automatically schedule them for you to review at the perfect time to ensure they stay in your long-term memory. Just work your way through the list from top to bottom.

By consistently working through these queues, you create a powerful, structured approach to mastering your Hifz.
