Bringing a new teacher into your Hifz Focus ecosystem is a straightforward process designed to get them up and running in minutes. As an administrator, you have the tools to create their account and link them with their students seamlessly. This guide walks you through the two-step process.

Step 1: Create the Teacher's Account

The first step is to create an official account for the new teacher so they can log in to the system.

1. Navigate to User Management: From your Admin Dashboard, locate the "User Management" card. This is your central hub for all user-related tasks.

2. Add New Teacher*: Click the *"Add Teacher" button. This will open a dialog box prompting you for the teacher's details.

3. Enter Teacher's Information:

* Teacher Name: Fill in their full name.

* Email (Username): Enter their email address. This will be their unique username for logging in.

* Password: Set a secure temporary password for them. They can be advised to change it later if needed.

4. Save the Account: Click "Add Teacher" to create the account.

The teacher now officially exists in the Hifz Focus system and can log in, but their dashboard will be empty until students are assigned to them.

Step 2: Assign Students to the New Teacher

Once the teacher's account is created, you can assign them their students.

1. Find the Student List: On the Admin Dashboard, find the "Student Overview" table. This table lists every student registered in your institution.

2. Select a Student to Assign: For each student the new teacher will be managing, locate their row in the table.

3. Assign Teacher*: Click the *"Assign" button in that student's row. A new dialog will appear, showing a list of all available teachers.

4. Check the Box: Select the checkbox next to the name of the teacher you just created. You can also assign multiple teachers to the same student from this menu.

5. Save Changes*: Click *"Save Assignments" to confirm.

Repeat this assignment process for all relevant students. The changes are immediate. The next time the new teacher logs in, their dashboard will be populated with the list of students you assigned, and they can begin conducting sessions right away.
